Ed graduated from Siena College with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. Upon graduation he joined the firm of Shaye, Lutz, Schwartz & King,
CPA?s, later known as PriceWaterhouseCoopers, P.C. CPA?s, providing accounting services for closely held businesses.
Mr. Budd has extensive experience in estate, family transition and succession planning. He manages a diverse client base consisting of national wholesalers, car dealers,
contractors and professional practices. His experience enables him to provide quality accounting, auditing, tax and management advisory services.
Ed is a member of the American Institute of CPA?s and the New York State Society of
CPA?s. His business organization memberships include Latham-Colonie Chamber of Commerce and NENY BNI Referrals Unlimited Chapter, Latham, New York where he is a current member and has held leadership positions of treasurer and president.
